The Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine has received high-tech defibrillators equipped with advanced vital-sign monitoring functions.
These devices can perform 12-lead ECGs, monitor temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, and provide both defibrillation and cardiac pacing — everything needed for accurate and rapid response in critical situations.
The new equipment will enable medical teams to effectively monitor patients both on-scene and during transport, ensuring timely care before arrival at the hospital.
“We thank everyone who made this project possible for contributing to the development of Ukraine’s medical infrastructure during such an important time,” the Odesa Regional State Administration commented.
