SCHILLER Pulse Wave Analysis (PWA): assessment of central hemodynamics and blood pressure measurement in one BR-102 plus PWA device.

Simple user interface with color screen
Variation of the bath at the diastolic level to ensure patient comfort
BP profile covering up to 48 hours, not just spot measurements (tonometric method)
A more reliable auscultatory measurement method is also used
Fully integrated into the wide range of SCHILLER diagnostic equipment and can be freely connected to the SEMA data management system and HIS
Data analysis is provided by medilog DARWIN2 software
The standalone device is ideally integrated into the processes of daily blood pressure monitoring, and specially trained specialists are not required to conduct PWA measurements.
Proven pulse wave analysis method
Measurement at the diastolic level for patient convenience
SCHILLER presents the first device that combines the accuracy of auscultatory and the reliability of oscillometric blood pressure measurement to create a 24-hour profile of stiffness parameters such as pulse wave velocity (PWV), augmentation index, and central and peripheral blood pressure measurements. Based on the data obtained, the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases can be assessed and serious organic lesions can be prevented in a timely manner. The algorithm has been tested in a number of studies, including those involving comparison with the “gold standard” (i.e. invasive blood pressure measurements); for this reason, the algorithm is recommended by the ESH/ESC standards for clinical use.
